We are excited to have you join us again this year to be a major part of our AutoFair. As your course is a central point within our event, we are having a satellite sign-in and staging location to ease the process of getting to your Pit Space.
Click here for a map that stars the location where you will be able to line-up and sign-in at the designated times;
Friday, April 4: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 5: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
The easiest entrance to arrive at the sign-in location is using the zMAX Dragway Main Entrance, which is located off of Bruton Smith BLVD.
At this location you will purchase your AutoFair tickets, complete the waiver process for your credentials and receive a vehicle pass for the pit space. Once those steps are completed, you will be able to proceed to your Pit Space which is marked on the attached map with the USLMRA logo.
Anyone under 18 at traveling with only one parent or legal guardian, or traveling without either of their parents or legal guardians, must sign a “Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability” form for off-site execution, have it notarized and bring it to the event. Here is the link to the Waiver.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

USLMRA LOGISTICS & SPECIAL NOTES
Charlotte Motor Speedway AutoFair hosted by OldRide.com. is a 4 day event starting on Thursday April 3rd and running through Sunday April 6th . Our event well happen on Saturday and Sunday April 5-6.
There is an entry fee paid by everyone to enter the AutoFair of $10 per day or a 4 day pass for $30. Kids 13 and under are free. We have no control of this, but it allows you to go anywhere in the gate area of the AutoFair and see the thousands of cars, displays and entertainment.
All Drivers and Crew need to go to the Entrance Sign-in Location that is using the zMAX Dragway Main Entrance, which is located off of Bruton Smith BLVD. Here you will sign the Speedway Track Release form, Pay the $10 AutoFair Entrance Fee and get a Racer Vehicle window pass. Then proceed to the USLMRA Track located between the entrance Gate 25 and Gate 26 on the back of the Speedway. This is where the Speedway infield entrance tunnels and main entrance is located.
When you enter the USLMRA Pit area, registration will be close to that area. This is where you pay the $20.00 USLMRA Drivers Entry Fee, good for both days, and the Drivers ONLY sign the Participant Form. All others entering will purchase a $5 pit pass good for both days. Remember your pit wristband is good for both days and if you loose it you will have to purchase a replacement. Also this is where drivers will pay USLMRA Memberships if needed, register for the race, draw you’re starting grid pill and pick up Scoring Transponders. For those drivers who have never qualified for a USLMRA Driver’s License we will have someone there to class you for this and if testing is needed we encourage you to get there early so this also can be done.
The Tech team will be following the USLMRA Rule Book ONLY. If you have not read it, it is in your best interest to do so and afterwards if you have questions feel free to give us a call. We will work to help you get to race but you have to meet the requirements of the class.
Make sure your machines are USLMRA legal. We will be on a tight schedule and cannot promise that non-legal mowers will be allowed time for “Open Class” racing. We do not want anyone to drive a long distance, not be US legal and not be allowed to race. If you have questions, contact USLMRA Officials.
Trailers will be allowed to park in the Pit Area and can come into the Speedway on Friday evening after you go to the zMAX check in. That gate will open at 4pm. We will be staging on dirt, grass and rock so tents will be allowed to be staked to secure them. The Gate will be Open Saturday Morning at 6:30am til 10:30am for entry so get there on time. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER AFTER THE GATE IS CLOSED. Be prepared to drop your trailer and take your vehicles to another lot. We are not sure if we will have room for both. You will need to keep your pit area secure as we will also sell Pit Passes to spectators who would like to come in and look at the mowers and talk to the drivers. We also anticipate a lot of media people so keep your smile on. Have an FM radio for your pit as we hope to have a FM transmitter on the PA system so you can here all that is going on.
