We’re heading back to where the United States Lawn Mower Racing Association began in 1992, Lake County, Illinois – Zion, Illinois, home of Nostalgia Days.
The 2010 STA-BIL Land of Lincoln Nationals will be a double-header weekend of racing, classic cars and family fun at Nostalgia Days. There will be many activities for the family to enjoy: Friday night 60’s party, antique car show, Sheridan Road cruise, outdoor movies and 3-day carnival
About Nostalgia Days – Cruizin’ Zion Illinois Since 1987
Since 1987, Nostalgia Days, Inc. has served the needs of the Zion community by coordinating a wonderful event called “Nostalgia Days”. Nostalgia Days is a nonprofit organization that is comprised of local business people and civic minded individuals committed to the betterment of the Zion community area. Nostalgia Days cannot exist without the support of the local merchants.
One of the major attractions to Nostalgia Days is its “Antique and Custom Car Show”. In the past, this show has attracted over 500 show cars and many thousands of fans and spectators.

The United States Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) has added the Phillips County Lawn Mower Racing Association (PCLMRA) to its rapidly expanding network of Clubs and Chapters coast to coast.
Based in Phillipsburg, Kansas, the PCLMRA is under the direction of Tim “Jerb” Jerby, a 3-year racing veteran well known within the lawn mower racing community. “We strive to put on fun, safe racing for great spectator enjoyment,” said Jerb. “Our safety record is perfect with no injuries the past two years. We emphasize safety and sportsmanship with no fees paid by spectators.”
The Phillips County Lawn Mower Racing Association track was built about two years ago with 150-foot straight-aways and a dogleg on the back straight surrounded by a field with different crops from year to year. There is a large pit area and plenty of room for spectator parking.

2010 Schedule
All races dates are subject to change due to inclement weather conditions, more races dates could be added at a later day, will post any new race dates ASAP. Gates open at 4:00 pm, hot laps at 5:00 pm, Races start at 6:00pm, unless otherwise noted.
May 23 - Track workday and play day. This will not be a race, just a track clean up and tuning day.
June 5th - Phillipsburg Riverless Festival. First points race. Gates open at 3:00pm, hot laps at 5:00pm, races start at 6:00pm.
June 19th - Regular points race (Phillipsburg).
July 18th - Smith Center, KS Fair Race (Smith Center)
August 8th - Regular points race, weekend of Phillipsburg rodeo (Kansas’ biggest rodeo)
August 22nd - Regular points race (Phillipsburg).
September 5th - Regular points race (Phillipsburg).

- Drive past ACP 15 miles on the left look for 2 green fighter jets, turn left
- Pack it up and travel to ACP set it up and do it again 3 PM set up and race 4~6 PM so bring spare parts and fuel.
