USLMRA Affiliated Clubs (ACs) are now being offered across the country as the USLMRA meets the demand for organized and safe lawn mower racing at home tracks, municipal properties and local venues – even your back yard.

As the nation’s oldest and most experienced national lawn mower racing sanctioning body, pioneering American lawn mower racing national sanctioning in 1992, the USLMRA adds a “3rd Tier” to complement its STA-BIL National Lawn Mower Racing Series and Local Chapter / STA-BIL Series Qualifying System. continue

National Leadership
USLMRA was founded in 1992, with the same national leadership in place since 1991, under the direction of a Board of Directors.  USLMRA is professionally managed, with staff available every day to work with Local Chapters.

The U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association will again make motorsports history when the 17th annual STA-BIL Keeps Gas Fresh Finals, September 5, 2009 in Delaware, Ohio, is taped for both Outdoor Channel and Fox Sports Net (FSN).

Also known as the STA-BIL Nationals, the Labor Day Weekend races will be taped for the new FSN On the Track series and is scheduled to air Sunday, September 27, 2009 11am ET/10amCT/8am PT.

Each network will air different race classes. continue

Any organization that decides to be founded on April Fool’s Day must not take itself too seriously. The U.S, Lawn Mower Racing Assoc. (USLMRA), for instance, was founded on April 1, 1992. And even its most accomplished members seem to have a good sense of humor, much of it at their own expense. The association’s founder and president, for example is Bruce Kaufman, better known as “Mr. Mow-it-all,” and most racers and mechanics have nicknames as well, such as “Mr. Mowron,” “Mr. Mowjangles,” and, of course, “The Lawn Ranger.”
